Support for Jamie Manning
Our friend Jamie “Dodge” Manning was involved in a car accident on the evening of Thursday, 27th March 2014 near his
home in Dubbo. He has been badly burnt, got a broken back and had to
have his left leg amputated above the knee as well as his fingers in his left hand. With all his injuries he got himself out of the burning car before it exploded. Dodge was a professional bull rider and being a tough guy, we all know he’s far from giving in.
Family and friends have rallied together to raise funds to assist Dodge, his wife Karen, and their 3 kids Jedd, Bray and Lori during this tough time in their life.
A charity event will be held today at 6:00pm at Scone Golf Club, Scone, New South Wales 2337, and will be followed by an auction at 7pm. Details of the events are available on the Jamie Manning Recovery Auction Facebook page.
Specialised Geo is bidding on several items in an online auctions that has also been set up for Jamie and his family. For those who cannot come to the live auction tonight but would like to help, consider bidding at www.32auctions.com/manning or make a donation through the said site.
All proceeds will go directly to Jamie, Karen and their 3 kids.
With all of our help and support we can make the road to recovery a little easier for the Manning’s. Any amount no matter how small is appreciated.
